The Glove-Side Trainer brings your waist and glove hand into the same training setup. Here’s how to get ready for your first rep:
Start with a comfortable belt fit that holds its position when you move. Then wrap the wrist cuff around your glove-side wrist, keeping the D-ring on the inside.
Complete the connection with your selected band lengths. Each side of the belt gets one band, and both bands meet at the wrist cuff’s D-ring. Use the carabiners to secure all attachment points. Longest band connects to opposite hip.
Clip the bands on or off to suit your next set.
